PHASE FOUR

NEGOTIATE OFFERS
* Review all offers your realtor presents to you
* Negotiate repair requests & address issues
* Accept, deny or counter offers received
* Agree to all the terms and sign the contract 

PHASE FIVE

PRE-CLOSING & TITLE
* Buyer will perform an inspection to reveal repairs (if needed)
* Title search verifies you own the property
* A property survey is completed
* Buyer’s final walk-through within 24 hours prior to closing escrow 

PHASE SIX

CLOSING
* Review closing statement
* Deed is delivered to buyer, title transferred & closing costs are negotiated & paid
* Sign closing docs and hand over the keys!
